We refers to anyone who visits, browses, books, or interacts with the HelloBali.in platform. “Services” include all travel-related products offered through our site such as tour packages, hotel bookings, airport transfers, activities, and traveler support.
Booking & Confirmation
All travel bookings made on HelloBali.in are subject to availability and confirmation from the travel partners and suppliers. Upon successful booking, we will send you a booking confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation constitutes a contract between you and the service provider. Prices, itineraries, dates, and services are subject to change without notice until final confirmation is issued.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full or as specified before the service date. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment modes supported on the site. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment details. Any failure to provide full payment may result in cancellation of your booking or refusal of service by the supplier.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations initiated by the User must follow our cancellation guidelines as outlined during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the supplier’s policy and may take up to 15–30 working days. Some services (like flights, tour tickets) may be non-refundable or carry cancellation fees.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal information and travel details while booking. You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) and complying with local laws in Indonesia, particularly Bali. HelloBali.in is not liable for denied entry, visa issues, or failure to meet travel document requirements.
Liability & Disclaimers
HelloBali.in acts as an intermediary between Users and third-party travel partners. While we aim to offer reliable services, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence by any travel partner. Services provided by hotels, transportation, excursions, attractions, or guides are not owned or controlled by HelloBali.in.
